What this site is

This site describes brokerage services for business-purpose loans on non-owner-occupied residential investment property, and lets you request a quote, download educational field guides, or apply to our referral partner program. Eniji is a wholesale loan brokerage, not a direct lender. All loans are underwritten, funded, and serviced by third-party lending partners.

No commitment to lend

Nothing on this site is a loan offer or a commitment to lend. Submitting a quote request does not obligate Eniji or any lender to provide financing, and does not obligate you to proceed. Rates, terms, and availability shown anywhere on this site are indicative, vary by lender, state, and applicant profile, and change without notice. Actual terms are established only in a written commitment from a lender.
