Eniji Lending is a brand of Eniji LLC ("Eniji," "we," "us"). This policy describes what information we collect through enijilending.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version, consistent with what we say on every form: your information is not sold to third parties.
Information we collect
- Quote requests. When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email address, loan product interest, approximate loan amount, property state, investor experience level, and (optionally) who referred you.
- Field guide requests. When you request a field guide, we collect your email address in order to send the guide.
- Partner applications. When you apply to the referral partner program, we collect your name, contact details, company, role, state, and (if applicable) license number.
- Credit information. If you choose to proceed after our initial scenario call, we obtain a soft credit pull with your consent. A hard inquiry occurs only if you accept a specific lender's term sheet and enter formal underwriting.
- Technical information. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To respond to your quote request and assess your financing scenario.
- To share your scenario with lenders on our wholesale panel for the purpose of obtaining loan terms on your behalf. This sharing is inherent to how a brokerage works and happens only in service of your request.
- To send you the specific field guide you requested. Your address is not added to a newsletter or marketing list; the only follow-up is if you reply with a question.
- To administer the referral partner program, including attributing referred deals and issuing referral payments and required tax documents.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including record-keeping requirements applicable to loan brokerage.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
- We do not enroll you in recurring marketing email as a result of a quote or guide request.
Sharing with service providers
We share information with parties who help us operate: the wholesale lenders your scenario is submitted to, credit reporting agencies (for the soft or hard pull you authorize), our web hosting provider, and email service providers used to deliver messages you request. Each receives only what is needed for its function.
Retention
We retain quote and transaction records for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy legal record-keeping obligations applicable to loan brokerage, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we are legally required to keep, by emailing hello@enijilending.com. Residents of certain states have additional rights under state privacy laws; we honor verified requests consistent with applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including serving this site over HTTPS and restricting access to submission records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for business-purpose lending and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
